Jarrow Formulas® IP6 contains 500 mg of purified Inositol Hexaphosphate (IP6) extracted from rice bran IP6 is a phosphorylated form of inositol commonly found in fiber-rich plant foods. IP6 is a nutrient that supports immune health.
Suggested use
Take 1 capsule up to 3 times per day on an empty stomach or as directed by your qualified healthcare professional. Do not take at the same time of day as minerals or medications.
Other ingredients
Vegetarian capsule (hydroxypropyl-methylcellulose, water), cellulose, magnesium stearate (vegetable source) and silicon dioxide.
