As a dietary supplement, mix 1 scoop of “YEAH BUDDY®” in 8-12 oz of water. To assess tolerance on first use mix 1/2 scoop with 4-6 oz of water. DO NOT exceed daily recommended dose of 1 scoop. Use in conjunction with a proper diet and exercise regimen to maximize results.
