Suggested use
Shake well. Place 10-15 mL of GuruNanda® Advanced Oil Pulling Oral Rinse in mouth. Gently swish between teeth for at least 2 minutes. Try to work up to 10 minutes per use. Spit out in a trash can and rinse mouth thoroughly with water. Do not swallow. Always brush your teeth AFTER using Oil Pulling. If spilled on fabrics, clean immediately to avoid staining.
