Suggested use
Shake well. Place 10-15 ml of GuruNanda® oil pulling oral rinse in mouth. Gently swish between teeth for at least 2 minutes. Try to work up to 10 minutes. Spit out and rinse mouth thoroughly with water. Do not swallow. Always brush your teeth after using oil pulling. If spilled on fabrics, clean immediately to avoid staining.
